Information and support for groups and organisations

These are some of the ways Outside the Box can help organisations.

We work with constituted groups and with informal groups of people who are not a formal organisation. We also work with individual people who have an idea and don’t yet have other people to help them take it forward.

We work with groups all over Scotland. We also are in touch with people in other parts of the UK and in some other countries.

• Thinking out the initial idea and getting a plan
• Providing support for the people who lead organisations or projects
• Setting up partnerships
• Co-ordinating or hosting networks
• Helping people get a network started
• Keeping a group or network going when things get bumpy
• Writing a report
• Producing toolkits and practical resources
• Evaluating a project
• Gathering members' or other people's views
• Telling people about what you have achieved

Information and support for individual people

Outside the Box does not provide direct care services for individual people. But some of our publications and resource materials are designed to help people find information that will be useful for them.

And if you are someone who has an idea but isn't part of a formal group, we can still help you in all the ways we help groups and organisations.
